Bhramam is an upcoming Malaysian crime thriller and black comedy directed by Ravi K. Chandran, who is also in charge of cinematography. The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Unni Mukundan, Raashi Khanna, Mamta Mohandas, and Shankar. It is a remake of the Hindi movie Andhadhun.

The success of Andhadhun, Sriram Raghavan’s Hindi film, prompted regional filmmakers to remake the film in various regional Indian languages. The official announcement that the film would be remade in Tamil as Andhagan, the Telugu version as an untitled film, and in Malayalam as Bhramam happened around the same time.
AJ International recruited actors Prithviraj Sukumaran, Mamta Mohandas, Raashi Khanna, Unni Mukundan and veteran Shankar to play the roles of Ayushmann Khurrana, Tabu, Radhika Apte, Manav Vij and Anil Dhawan respectively for the Malayalam version to be directed by the director. photography Ravi K. Principal photography for the film began on January 28, 2021 with the addition of all actors to the calendar. In a shocking incident, on February 8, R Rahul, the assistant director, who was working on the film, was found dead in his hotel room at Maradu in Kochi, Kerala. According to news reports, local police suspected suicide when they found him hanged.
