Drug case: Aryan Khan’s bail statement REJECTED by special court

Aryan Khan, who was arrested by NCB, has again been denied bail declaration by the special court.

The bail statement of Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, was heard today by a special NDPS court in Mumbai. The star child was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Mumbai cruise ship drug case earlier this month. He is currently housed in the Arthur Road Central Jail.

Now the latest update is that Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail declaration has been rejected once again by the special court.

Earlier today, it was reported that Aryan’s WhatsApp chats found a drug-related conversation between Khan and an actress, set to debut soon in Bollywood.

The ANI news agency tweeted: “Drug case on a cruise ship | Mumbai NCB says it has sent WhatsApp conversations of Aryan Khan in court. Police have found drug-related WhatsApp chats that are allegedly between Aryan Khan and a newcomer actress: NCB. ”

Recently, Khan’s security has been increased as he was transferred to a special barracks within the prison facility. The prison authorities are also reportedly monitoring him.

According to sources from the Narcotics Control Office (NCB), Aryan has “promised to be a good citizen and serve the country” while he receives counseling. He was advised by the zone director, Sameer Wankhede, who has also been leading the investigation.

On Friday, Aryan spoke to his father Shah Rukh Khan and his mother Gauri Khan via video call from inside the Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. “Aryan was on the call for 10 minutes with his parents, and a jail official was present with him during the call,” jail officials said.

Aryan, Arbaaz Seth Merchant and 6 other people were detained after the OCN conducted raids on the Mumbai cruise ship on October 2. Later, 8 defendants were arrested a day later. On October 7, Aryan was placed in judicial custody for 14 days.
