His son announced the news on Twitter stating that he had diabetic fluctuations on Friday, after which he went into cardiac arrest and passed away. As soon as the news of his passing surfaced online, people in the Tollywood industry expressed how saddened and shocked they were to hear it.
Jr NTR took to his Twitter space and stated that he had known him from his early days at TFI. He wrote: “The sudden disappearance of BA Raju Garu has left me in a state of shock. As one of the most veteran film journalists and professionals, he has contributed greatly to the film industry. I’ve known him since my early days at TFI. Its a big lost. Praying for strength for his family. Rest in peace Raju Garu ”.
