Samuel L. Jackson receives COVID vaccine wearing Avengers mask
Samuel L. Jackson is the youngest Hollywood star to qualify and receive the COVID-19 vaccine, as shared by the Pulp Fiction star on his official Instagram account.
Jackson, 72, falls under the 65-and-higher criteria for receiving the jab from Los Angeles County and shared his trip to The Forum on his Instagram over the weekend. He even stuck to his Marvel roots and shook an Avengers face mask into a selfie – he plays the Avengers’ founder, Nick Fury.
‘Get on the Forum for the first time’, he writes as he shares photos of the vaccination center and himself. He also added the appropriate hashtag, ‘#LookOutWorldBoutToBustBackOut’.
The Django Unchained actor has been praised by fellow celebrities and fans in the commentary section, including Salma Hayek, Kevin Bacon, Naomi Watts, etc. One fan wrote: “You are brave!” while another says, “Your mask is amazing!”
Other celebrities who received the vaccine include Ian McKellen, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joan Collins, Martha Stewart and Pakistani film star Reema Khan.
