Since the series received mixed reviews, it showed rebirth and filming potential. And now reports are coming in about the launch of the second season of Space Force. Netflix renewed Space Force in July 2020. Critics say the series was a flop; however, many subscribers tuned in to Netflix to watch Space Force. In fact, within 28 days of its launch, Space Force garnered an audience of roughly 40 million.

Netflix has officially renewed the series for a second season. However, due to mixed reviews, the series creator and actor will be making several changes. The idea is to make Space Force play well with the critics.

Production on the series is reportedly moving from Los Angeles to Vancouver. Reducing production opens up more opportunities for writers to bring innovation.

Space Force Season 2: Plot

The first season apparently ended in suspense. Also, Mark, played by Carell, returns to the Head Quater to add a dramatic touch to the sabotage of the Chinese. It’s up to Mark to save the day, but the question is how.

The second season also explores why Maggie was in prison. There are only these two bows. Also, the relationship between Angela and Dr. Chan ultimately takes shape.

The recordings were to take place between May 3, 2021 and June 21, 2021. However, production did not begin until May 10, 2021.

The possible release date for the second season of Space Force is sometime in 2022.
